Booking policy

Standard HOW! Hotel on Wheelz terms.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability on the day.

A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in, as required by law.

Rates are per room per night and include GST at the rate shown on the booking page. Extra guests beyond the room's stated occupancy are charged at the hotel's extra-person rate.

Guest requests sent from this page are confirmed by the reservations team. Travel-agent bookings are confirmed when the online payment is received within the 30-minute hold; a payment that arrives after the hold has lapsed and the rooms are no longer available is refunded.

Cancellation & refund policy

To change or cancel a booking, contact HOW! Hotel on Wheelz's reservations team as early as possible; the applicable charges, if any, are confirmed at that point.

Refunds of online payments are arranged by the Heritage Hospitality accounts team to the original payment method.
